William (Bill) Charles, age 67 years young passed away on December 3 rd , 2022. He was born in Pittsburgh PA, and moved to Pinellas County Florida from Logan Utah, by way of Carnegie PA in April, 2015.

He worked in the restaurant industry most of his life until switching careers to become a bus driver in the last decade. Most recently he was a school bus driver for Pinellas County Schools. Bill's personality was larger than life, and he had a way of connecting with people and making them feel loved and accepted. He was cherished and will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruth Charles and his baby son, Jacob Michael Charles Pacetti. He is survived by his wife, Chris Pacetti, who was his world; his son William (Billy) Charles; his cats Riley Monster, Hunter Bumble, Benny Flea and Amber Grace; his siblings Ruth Prosser, Mikey Charles, Jimmy Charles, and Susie Charles Seney along with the rest of his amazing family; Matthew and Linda Knight; Tim and Merge Donnelly and the rest of the Donnelly Clan et al; Taso and rest of his bus driver family; friends Leman, Francisco, Jon Ostlund; his neighbors who are like family; and many others who are too many to name.

There is a viewing from 5:30 to 6:30 and a service starting at 6:30 at Mohn Funeral Home (9700 Seminole Blvd; Seminole, FL) on Friday December 9 th .
