Wayne E. Shipp, 68, of Seminole, died March 19.  He graduated from Stetson College of Law in 1979 and began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender.  He then engaged in a successful private law practice in Pinellas County for many years.  Wayne always had a good heart and a soft spot for those in need.  As a result, he contributed untold hours of pro bono legal services to the underprivileged.  He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kristen and Jim Evers, his sister, Deborah Shipp Ramirez, and his extraordinary cat, Wesley.  Donations in Wayne's honor may be made to the Nourish to Flourish program which feeds chronically hungry children in Pinellas County.  To donate, please go to bethdillinger.org, click on "donations" and select Nourish to Flourish as the category to apply to your donation.  At the bottom of the donor information box is a comment section.  Please indicate you are donating in memory of Wayne Shipp.
