Vivian Delores Choate, 79, was born November 22, 1936 and lived the majority of her life in St. Petersburg Florida. She was born at Mound Park Hospital (Bayfront Health Center) in St. Petersburg and passed away there on Wednesday July 20th 2016.

Vivan is survived by her sisters Margeret Wright, Lois Solomon and Linda Sibert, daughters Susan Zender and Sharon Gordon, and son Steven Choate. She leaves nine grandchildren, two great grandsons and three great granddaughters.

She worked at Bay Pines Hospital Dental Clinic for more than thirty years retiring in 2001. She loved camping and the outdoors, playing with her grandchildren and caring for her pets.

Family will gather for a service for Vivian at Lewis W. Mohn Funeral Home 9700 Seminole Blvd. Seminole Florida at 10 a.m. Saturday July 23rd 2016.
