Thomas Anthony Latus, age 86, died on March 30, 2019.  He was born in Hartford, Michigan where he grew up with his three sisters (Mary Ellen, Frances, and Alice) and three brothers (Leo, Peter and Robert).

He graduated from Hartford High School in 1951.  Thomas attended Michigan State University prior to attending the Chicago College of Osteopathy from which he graduated in 1958.  He moved his young family to Seminole, Florida in 1967.  Thomas was an osteopathic physician and practiced in Pinellas Park for more than 30 years. He was a long time member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.  An avid traveler, Thomas prided himself on visiting all parts of the world.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn; daughter Melissa (Michael Morris); son Justin; and grandchildren Carson, Logan, and Lane; and multiple members of the Latus and Baker families.

Thomas was preceded in death by his son Adam.

Visitation is Friday, April 5, 2019 from noon to 1 p.m. with the service starting at 1 p.m. at Mohn Funeral Home located at 9700 Seminole Blvd, Seminole, FL 33772. Burial will follow service.
