Richard "Rick(y)" A. Southard (63), of Largo, FL, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Born on February 5, 1959 in East Meadow, NY, Rick was the loving son of Barbara Southard and the late Donald Southard. He graduated from Brentwood High School in 1977. He loved to spend his free time riding his motorcycle. He also loved fishing, music, bowling and playing cards with his friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Amber Serrano (Kristopher) of Mechanicsburg, PA; his mother, Barbara Southard of Largo, FL; his sisters, Donna Damiani (Matt) of Largo, FL and Wendy Chiavola (Steve Lilley) of Estes Park, CO. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald F. Southard.

A memorial gathering will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Mohn Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow at 7:00pm. A celebration of life to be held in NY will follow at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers ( t2t.org )
