Patrick "Pat" Gerrity, 58, formerly of Basking Ridge, passed away in St. Petersburg, FL on Sunday, July 22, 2018.  Pat was born on February 4, 1960.  He attended Bernards Township through the 8th grade.  He then attended and graduated from Bernards High School in 1978.  He lettered in football, basketball and baseball and received the "Bernie Kopp" award for athletics his senior year.  He attended the University of South Carolina and York College of Pennsylvania.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph "Jack" and Joanne Gerrity.

He is survived by three children; Ryan, Matthew and Meghan; a sister Kathy Farrell (Gary); and a brother Michael Gerrity (Debbie).

A private service will be held.
