With deepest sorrow, the family of Merle Anderson announces her passing on August 21, 2025. Born on May 22, 1936 she was a devoted wife, loving mother and cherished friend who will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. In 1955 she married the love of her life, Harold "Jack" Anderson. Together they built a family in a home filled with warmth, love and laughter. Her family remembers her as a woman of unwavering strength and immense kindness. A dedicated and loving mother, Merle's greatest joy was her children. She leaves behind four of her five children: Mark, John, Michael and Jacqueline, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren She instilled in them the importance of perseverance and compassion, and her legacy will live on through them. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Harold Anderson, to whom she was married for 42 years before his passing. She was also preceded in death by her son Jason. Her family finds comfort in knowing they are now reunited. She will rest next to Harold at Bay Pines national cemetery.
