Marilyn Irene (Barringer) Lowery, 89, of Largo, FL, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 15, 2025.  Marilyn was born on July 24, 1936, to Earl Barringer and Pearl Barringer in Erie, Pennsylvania where she went to school and graduated from McDowell Senior High School in 1955.

In 1956, Marilyn married Toby Lowery, and they were together for 59 years. They went on to have five children, Terry, Jerry, Cheryl, Tammy and Lora. She was the proud grandmother to six grandchildren, Terry Edward, Tommy, Ray III, Austin, Rachel and Danielle and 12 great grandchildren. Marilyn was a past president and member of the Largo Junior Women's Club and a member for the Suncoast Community Women's Club and licensed in real estate.

Marilyn was preceded by her parents; her husband, Toby, her sons Terry and Jerry, and her siblings Betty Cole, Norman Barringer and Donny Barringer. She is survived by daughter Cheryl, her son Tommy; daughter Tammy and her sons Ray III and Austin; daughter Lora, her husband Jim and their children Rachel and Danielle.

Her memorial will take place on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, at Christ Presbyterian Church at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Christ Presbyterian Church, an organization Marilyn was part of for decades.
