Margaret "Peggy" Morrissey, 87, died Wednesday, August 23, 2017. She was born in Newark, N.J. and moved to this area in 1974. Peggy was a Catholic and member of St. Jerome Church. She was also a City of Largo employee and member of Communication Worker's of America (CWA).
Peggy was preceded in death by her husband William F. Morrissey and brother William Cammon.
She is survived by two sons, William J. Morrissey (Eva),and Robert Morrissey (Linda); Daughter MaryAnn Merrill; six grandchildren, Joseph, Stormi, Stephanie, Melissa, Brittany, and Matthew; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends and family will gather at the LW Mohn Funeral Home from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 27, 2017, followed by a 4:00 PM service. Burial will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, August 28, at Florida National Cemetery.
