Loyd J. Fjerstad, was a loving son, brother, husband friend and father.
We will muss his dry sarcastic sense of humor.
He passed away in the morning of September 1, 2023 at 77 years of age 77. He grew up  in  Omaha, Nebraska and was blessed with a loving family, His parents Ruth and Loyd Fjerstad, sisters Janet and Phyllis  He was  a paperboy during  youth  there was an article in the newspaper about him and the other boys.

He graduated from Pharmacy School in 1969 from the University of Nebraska. He married Patricia Ann Lacy on February 20, 1971. They had one daughter Erica Ann Fjerstad in 1973. Loyd moved his family to Seminole, Florida in 1980 and they resided there for many years.

Loyd enjoyed playing 1060s and 1070s music loudly in his cars and stereo at home. His favorites were the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and the Doors.  He collected t-shirts with his favorite bands.

He loved driving his 1971 orange 914 Porsche.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Loyd and Ruth Fjerstad, his sister Phyllis Frazell, his wife Patty Fjerstad

He is survived by his daughter Erica Fjerstad Wiedemann, his sister Janet Decker and her family. His extended family in Nebraska.

Loyd is driving fast with Patty listening to loud music in heaven.
