It is with great sadness that the family of Kevin Thomas announce his passing on Sunday,
August 27, 2023 - three days after celebrating his 60th birthday with his family. Kevin was
born on August 24, 1963, in Lorain, Ohio.

Kevin was a man of many talents and was able to use his strengths throughout his career. He
was a gifted mechanic, craftsman, humorist, cat whisperer (self-described), not to mention
dad and husband. Most recently he worked at Keller's Automotive until retirement in 2020
when he received a cancer diagnosis. While the fight against metastatic lung cancer was
anything but easy, Kevin's strength never wavered.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoyed riding his bicycle to the beach, reading the daily news, taking
his Harleys for a spin, and spending time with his family.

Those most important in Kevin's life were his wife, Pam; daughter, Nicole, her husband Tim,
and their three children (his grandsons) Matthew, Jackson & Cameron; daughter, Stephanie
Aide; and son, Castiel Hoffhein; siblings: Ken (Debbie) May; William Thomas; Debbie (Jeff)
Freed; Dana (Patti) Thomas; and Colleen May; as well as numerous extended family members
and friends. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

We take comfort knowing Kevin was reunited with his parents, Violet and Donald Thomas;
best friend, Dan Sheehan and his beloved cat, Snowflake.

The family would like to thank Dr. Yan and his colleagues at BayCare Health System for their
care of Kevin over the past 2.5 years. We have been able to make countless memories with
the extra time you were able to give him, and we are forever grateful.

VISITATION AND FUNERAL: Kevin's life will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 5th at
Mohn Funeral Home (9700 Seminole Blvd. Seminole, FL 33772) starting with a viewing at 1
PM and a celebration of life to follow at 2 PM.
