Kathy Lynn Cicero, 76, died May 3, 2024. She was born in Franklin Park, IL. and moved to this area in 2015 from Plainfield, IL. Kathy was a projects planner.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Shirley Kater,; and brother Kevin Kater.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Samuel J. Cicero and son Brandon  D'Arcangelo.. Also by Kristin Kater Albrazaldo (niece) and Sean Kater (nephew).

Donations may be made in her name to the Humane Society of Pinellas.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service at the L.W. Mohn Funeral Home, at 11:00 A.M. on June 5, 2024.
