Kara Guenther, 75, passed away Sunday June 21, 2020. She was born in Hackensack, NJ and moved to this area in June of 2018 from Roanoke, VA. Kara was a homemaker most of her life.  Although Kara lived in a number of places, her heart was in New Jersey, where she was born. She loved to cook for her family and friends, especially during the Holidays. She loved all animals especially her cats and those that showed up at her back door for a handout.

Kara survived by her parents, Ruth and Joe Olszewski; her husband George; two daughters, Jennifer Guenther and Sara Lofgren; Granddaughter Madeline and a son-in-law Steven.

There will be a memorial gathering on Thursday, June 25, from 2:00 – 4:00pm at the L.W. Mohn Funeral Home.
