Carter, Joyce E. age 88, dies Saturday Feb. 4, 2017. She was born in Hanover Michigan and moved to this area from Jackson, Mi in 1972. Joyce was employed by the Consumers Power Compamy. She was also a Methodist and belonged to the Seminole United Methodist Church.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Anderson Berry. She is survived by a sister, Alice Cheney-Persons; Nephews, Dennis (Kathy), Barry (Jeanne), Brett (Cathy), Andrew (Brenda), and four great Nieces and a great Nephew.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast or the Seminole United Methodist Church.
Services will be held at the Seminole United Methodist Church at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, February 13, 2017.
