Joseph Peter Frank, Jr. 87, died Tuesday, October 29, 2019. He was born in Buffalo, New York, and was a 1949 graduate of Canisius High School and of Canisius College, with a BS in chemistry. He also served in the volunteer coast guard, and was member of Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church in Tampa. Joseph was a Texaco sales rep with International Marine sales (west coast) that took him to California. After retiring, he opened a nursery in Oregon, then returned to Moscow, PA with the fraternity of St. Peter. Then he moved to Oldsmar, Florida in 1997. And later to Seminole where he has lived for the past 19 years. Frank was also a fourth degree Knight of Columbus, and an avid single engine plane pilot.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Joseph P. Frank, Sr. and Glendore Frank. As well as his daughter Colleen Frank: sister Jeanne Frank: and brother G. James Frank.

Joseph is survived by his wife Bertha; two daughters, Jeanne Cameron and Donna Farley, both of California; two sons, Joseph Frank and John Frank; a sister, Mary Moynihan of Buffalo; and two brothers, Paul Frank, of Penn. And Dr. Thomas Frank of Buffalo.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church in Tampa, or the fraternity of St. Peter.
