James J. Sheehy Sr. passed away on March 16, 2026 surrounded by loved ones.  He was born in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 1979.  He was a maintenance supervisor on the beach near Sand Key for over 25 years.   He was preceded in death by his father William T. Sheehy and his mother Diane Sheehy.  He is survived by his wife Lesley and his two sons, James and William. His brother William Sheehy, his sister Debbie Robinson and his brother-in-law Erik Robinson.  He was a wonderful husband and father to his two sons.   He left this world a little changed, forever touched by his life.  He will be missed.
