James Hooper, of Seminole, FL. passed on to the good Lord on Nov. 18, 2025.  He is survived by his children Kevin Hooper, Kim (Todd) Teresi, David Hooper, and daughter-in-law Cathy Hooper, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Gloria, son Mark, grandchild Justin Hooper. He was also preceded by his parents Harry and Margaret Hooper. Also, Harry and Betty Hooper, Thomas Hooper (Kathy), Marion and Frank Schlager, Monica and Bob Joyce, Regina and Harold Petrie.

Jim was a past member of the Volunteer Fire Dept., Blasdell Rod and Gun Club, 4th degree Knights of Columbus, Hamburg, N.Y., Charter member Seminole 2519, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Ushers and a retired Pinellas County School Transportation Dept. 22 years.  He also enjoyed a home in the Georgia mountains with his wife for 22 years.

There will be a funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Tues, Nov. 25. at 12:00 Noon.

There will also be a private family gathering before Mass.
