Jack E. Arrant, Sr., age 87, passed away July 16, 2016. Jack was born in Canton, Ohio. Spending many years living part-time in the area, he permanently moved to Seminole in 1993. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gloria, and brother, Kenneth. Jack is survived by four children: Jack Arrant Jr., Jeffrey Arrant, Glenard Munson and Marti Garratt; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended in-laws, nieces and nephews. Jack was extremely proud of being an Army veteran of World War II and shared many interesting stories.

He will be remembered for his excellent memory, his calm demeanor, stories about his years of truck driving, his very wavy hair, and water skiing wearing a hat and holding a lit cigar in his mouth. He will be missed by many.
