Irene E. Palmer, 82, of Seminole, passed away October 7,2017.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Mary Kupecz, and is survived by her husband, Frank of 62 years; daughter, Camille Butscher; son, Frank Jr.; two grandsons, Zachary Hubbard and Tyler Palmer; a nephew, two nieces and several great nieces and nephews.
