Obituary

Irene Rose Judah passed away at 90 years young on September 19, 2022, surrounded by her children. From Parma, OH., born of Hungarian immigrants, she made her home in Seminole, FL, where she met her sweetheart in 1957. Irene was predeceased by her husband Howard, sisters
Mary, Catherine, Carolyn and brother Bill. Irene is survived by her children Larry (Robin), Carolyn, Nancy (Randy), Evelyn, Marilyn (Rodney), 5 grandchildren Lindsay, Trevor, Devin, Garrett and Nathan, nieces, nephews and greats from Sebring FL to Eufaula AL, and of course
her beloved feline companion. Irene was an incredibly hard worker whether tending to the children or as a working woman outside of the home. She was a housekeeper for over 45 years, much of that time with Holiday Inn. Her time at work was very important to her, she made
lifetime friends, took pride in what she did and was forever grateful for the opportunities and accolades that she received. Her strength was her greatest gift. She was selfless, quick witted, graceful, and humble. Her laugh and her smile were contagious. She loved to bowl, garden, and go to the movie theater. She enjoyed reading the newspaper and her favorite section was the comics – the way they used to be, abundant and colorful. One of her most enjoyed pastimes was pencil coloring and she loved to show off her work to all of us! She was a devout catholic and displayed those qualities throughout her life. She was a member of Saint Matthew's Church since its beginning, over 36 years ago. Prior to that she was a member of Holy Cross and St. Jude.
To our beautiful, loving, and selfless mother: thank you for giving us life and making us feel like one-of-a-kind treasures every day. No one could ever compare to you. Mom, we know you are reading this, we love you with all that we are, and you will be a part of all of us forever, we miss
you dearly.
Services to be held at L.W. Mohn Funeral Home (with a viewing before the service, and final resting place is Bay Pines National
Cemetery with her beloved husband. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA would be
wonderful. www.mohnfuneralhome.com
