Gloria Vanasse

June 15th 1944 - October 24th 2019

A life filled with love is one that ends with peace. The inspiration Gloria radiated was enough to move mountains & the smile on her face was as bright as the sunrise. She had an unwavering ability to hold us all together regardless of anything that could fall apart. As the root of the family, she ensured everyone she met would bloom in the presence of her immense kindness. Gloria was loved by anyone lucky enough to know her & will be remembered for her consistent support and guaranteed comfort. There will never be enough time to have her here, but her family has made enough memories to last until they meet again. They say life is not measured in the number of breaths you take, but by the amount of moments that take your breath away. Gloria was proud to have had both of those in her 75 years of existence. She never lost her quiet strength even when faced with the ultimate pains of life. Although a limb has fallen from her family tree, the rest will stand tall and hold their motto to its definition - Family First. ​

Gloria will be deeply missed by many including her husband of 57 years Roger, her brothers, son, daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
