Frank Vasquez, age 75 passed away on July 28, 2022, from a short battle with cancer. He was born in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico and moved to New York City when he was three years old. He later moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1976 and in 1977 he began his career with Pinellas County Schools. After 32 years as Head Plant Operator at Madeira Beach Middle School, he retired in February of 2009.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents Guillermina and Esteban Vazquez and his son Dominic Vasquez.

He is survived by his wife Debbie of 27 years. He is also survived by his son Frank of San Diego, CA, son Mike (Tammy) of Treasure Island, FL, daughter Keri Dunn of Largo, FL, and son Chris Dunn of Largo, FL. He is also survived by 4 wonderful loving grandchildren: Mitchell Vasquez, Michael Vasquez, Jr., Mackenzie Dunn, and Madison Dunn. He is also survived by three brothers (Steve, Eddie & Julio), one sister (Victoria) , brother-in-law Larry Geiger, and many nieces and nephews.

Frank was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was a very kind, gentle and caring man who was loved and will be dearly missed by anyone who had the great fortune to have known him.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home, from 4:30 - 5:00 PM on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, followed by a service at 5:00 PM.
