Eva Teate, 85, died September 1, 2017. She was born in Filey, North Yorkshire, England, and came to this are in 1989 from Bridlington, East Yorkshire. Eva was employed as a Department store floor manager and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Madeira Beach, and the Holiday Isles Elks. She liked ballroom dancing and had a fine natural soprano voice.
Eva was preceded in death by her husbands, George Stanley Teate and Alan Watson.
She leaved behind her only son, Stephen and long-time devoted significant other Carl. Eva is also survived by her sister Elizabeth, in London, England and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Suncoast Hospice.
Services for Eva are Scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 5, 2017. Burial with her husband at Bay Pines National Cemetery will be next week.
