Eugene Ciesiel , age 84, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019.  He was born in Mineola, NY and moved to this area in 1977 from East Northport, NY.  Eugene was a Roman Catholic and belonged to St. Jerome's Catholic Church.  His hobby was gardening.

Eugene was preceded in death by his Parents Viola and Leo Ciesiel, Brother Robert Ciesiel, and Great Grandchild Matthew Winslow.

He is survived by his Wife Eileen Ciesiel, Daughters Karen Postel, Diane Tyler (Michael), Ellen Tilka (Steven), Doreen Herdman (Mark).  Great Grandchildren Cathleen DeHart (Brandon), David Postel (Candice), Lauren Winslow (Robert), Kristin Tyler, Valerie Postel (Marcus), Brian Tyler (Emily), Jennifer McWilliams (Brandon), Alicia Tyler, Michele Tilka, Billy Herdman, Jack Herdman; 10 Great Grandchildren

A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. at Mohn Funeral Home

A Funeral Mass will be Friday, October 4th, 2019 at 1 P.M. at St. Jerome's Catholic Church
