Douglas J. Smith 69, passed on Aug. 1, 2022. He was born in Quincy, Ma. and came to this area in 1977 from Wollaston, Ma. Douglas was a test engineer and group leader at ATK in Clearwater for 37+ years. His hobbies include making bird houses, doing jigsaw puzzles, wood working projects, and model cars.

Douglas was preceded in death by his father, John G.; mother, Helen; brother, Peter and sister, Bonnie.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Paula; daughter, Denise; granddaughter Xoe and son-in-law, Steve.

He will be missed by All who knew him.
