Brashear, Dorothy 98 of Clearwater, Florida passed away April 1st, 2016. she was born in Williamsburg, Iowa and moved here in 1980 from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Dorothy survived by her loving husband, James Brashear; her son, Tom Seaton; daughter, Terri Seaton. "We loved her with all our hearts! She was a beautiful person, Wife and Mother.
