Claudette D. Stein, 85, of Seminole, FL died Jan. 7, 2021. Claudette was born in Manchester, NH. She raised her children in New Jersey before moving to Florida. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a flight attendant for TWA which is how she met her husband. Later on, she worked as an insurance clerk for Blue Cross / Blue Shield of New Jersey.

Claudette dearly loved her family and friends. She was always willing to help anyone when needed. Throughout her life, she volunteered her time to many organizations including the Bay Pines VA Hospital, the American Legion and the PTA.

Claudette was an active member of the Freedom Square community. She enjoyed lively conversations, dining out, shopping, travel, casino slots and playing cards with her friends.

Claudette was preceded in death by her husband, Burton. She is survived by three children, Bennett (Connie) Stein, Beth (Dave) Stein, and Leanne Stein; one grandson, Kyle (Dorija) Brozas; one great-grandson, Luka; and her sister, Priscilla Belanger.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Suncoast Hospice Foundation.
