Chester E Dunbar III, age 47, passed away June 11, 2024.  He was born in Norfork Virginia and moved to this area in 1997 from Norfolk, Virginia.

Chester was a project manager and received summa cum laude bachelors and also served as an independent contractor. Chester was a Christian and belong to positive impact church.

He was a private tutor as well as an amazing green thumb who brought sickly plants back to a healthy state. Chester graduated with honors with a GPA of 3.98 even though he had learning disabilities.

He is proceeded in death by William Dunbar, a brother two years, his junior.

Chester is survived by his mother Carol and brother William.

Chester had too numerous friends to list here. However, two people meant the world to him, his partner, Art W. Simonetti, and sister TJ Williams.
