Charlotte Ann Bernard, age 85, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016. She was born in Wayne, Michigan and moved to this area in October 1969 from England.

She was an administrative assistant, Catholic, and belonged to St. Catherine of Siena. She was a member of Suncoast Jazz Club, The American Legion, and supported many charity organizations in which she gave generously.

She was preceded in death by daughters Mary E. Ammons and Elizabeth Ann Udall. She is survived by her husband William M. Bernard of 27 years; son John J. Udall Jr. (wife Shelly); daughter Margaret G. Shacklady (husband William); 8 grand children Brian Ammons (wife Jackie), Jennifer A. Shacklady, William R. Shacklady (wife Missy), Allie Martin, John J. Udall III (wife Nicole), Robert Meder (wife Kayla), Katherine L. Udall, Dustin B. Baker; 7 great grandchildren, Landon Ammons, Mary Rose Ammons, Logon Ammons, Palmer Jane Shacklady, Eli Joseph Udall, Brooklynn Lee Udall, and Elizabeth Meder.

A service will be held at St. Catherine of Siena, 1955 South Belcher Road, Clearwater on June 2nd at 11:00am. Commital service immediately following at Calvary Catholic Cemtery in Clearwater. Donations may be made in her memory to St. Catherine of Siena.
