Betty Lee Waltmire, age 100, passed away 5/30/2026.  She was born in Peoria, Illinois and moved to this area in 1990 from Peoria, Illinois.  Betty was a legal secretary.  She was a presbyterian and belonged to First Presbyterian Church of Peoria.  She was also an avid bridge player and reader.

Betty was preceded in death by her Husband H. Richard Waltmire and Daughter Nancy Waltmire Ward.

She is survived by Sons Richard Waltmire, Theodore Waltmire, grandchildren Joe Ward, Laura Ward Rehor, Sarah Ward Morphew and 6 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by son-in-law Gary Ward, daughter-in-law Michelle Klaassen Waltmires
