Barry Allan Hedblom, 88, died May 11, 2022. He was born in Trondheim, Norway. moving to the US as a child. He came to this are in 2016 from Montgomery, AL. Barry was a retired social worker, and served in the US Army where he became a US citizen. He was a tutor at the Capital Area Adult Literary Council in Montgomery, and sang in the choir at Resurrection Catholic Church, in Montgomery and St. Joseph's Church in St. Petersburg, FL. He was a proud adoptive parent and home schooler.

Barry was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Inger (Skogmo) Hedblom, his brother Jack Hedblom, and his daughter, Emily Hedblom.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Judith St.Ongei; his children Christian, Andrew, Kathy, Sally, Barry, Leah, Heidi, Devery, Devon, Jaya, and Gennady; and his grandchildren, including, Alyssa, Courtney, Shane, Savanna, Troy, Aidan, Tyler, Paige, Trey, Angie, Jeffrey, Jaclyn, Lillian, Logan; and his step-children, Jeff, Daniel, and Kristine.

There will be a brief gathering from 1:30 - 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 pm at the Mohn Funeral Home, Seminole.
