Anne "Nancy" Theresa Barnes Reinecke, age 78, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, August 24, 1938 and remained there until the early years of her marriage when she moved to Southern California and consequently Pinellas County, Florida where she remained. Nancy earned her Associates degree and Paralegal Education at St. Petersburg College, formerly SPJC. She was also a homemaker with much community involvement as a volunteer with Morning Star School, Tampa Bay Harvest, and Cypress Woods Elementary as well as a variety of work for her Catholic parishes of St. Jerome and later St. Justin, Martyr. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Carol and Rosemary Barnes, as well as her son Stephen Reinecke, and her husband Richard B. Reinecke. Nancy is survived by her daughter Louise A. Reinecke of Clearwater, and daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Stan Toporek of Raleigh, North Carolina, as well as a host of friends and extended family. Donations may be made in her memory to the Suncoast Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association. Visitation at Mohn Funeral Home in Seminole will be held at 3 pm on Thursday December 8th with a Memorial Mass at St. Jerome Catholic Church at 1 pm on Friday December 9th.
