Agnieszka Biernack, 81, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017. She was born in Poland and moved to this area in 2001 from Chicago, IL. Agnieszka was a home maker and a Catholic, attending at Blessed Sacrament Church. She was an active, member of the Polish Center, helping with many club activities.
Agnieszka is survived by her husband, Henry Biernack, and her nieces; Katrlyna Dobosz, Teresa Lis, and Janinina Pietruszka. She is also survived by Dariusz, Caroline, Natalie, Michael Dobosz, Noqda Pietruszka, Tadeusz, Damian, Kinga, Anita Lis, Jacek, Marzena, Chris, Matt, Patrick Biernack.
Friends and family are welcome for a visitation on Friday, July 7, 2017, from 3:00 to 5:00PM followed by a service at 5:00PM in the LW Mohn Funeral Home.
